Graduating from college in 1976, he went to work for the family’s mechanical contracting firm performing heating and air conditioning installation and service. After attending HVAC design courses, he went to work for a consulting engineer performing system design on several large institutional projects and oversaw mechanical facilities operations for corporate customers. Brian Howley then went on oversee mechanical construction on a 40 story hi-rise hotel in downtown Boston. He entered into sales as a sales engineer for a manufacturers’ rep firm in 1990 later working as a sales manager for a mechanical products manufacturer. Brian’s extensive background enables him to really know the customers needs, whether they be contractors, wholesaler, consulting engineers or plant managers. His work as a sales manager also provides him with an understanding of our manufacturers requirements. Joan Bono joined Boston Atlantic Sales 1997 performing accounting and inside sales support. Joan had previously been the office manager for another manufacturers’ representative. Joan’s experience was critical as the company grew in sales. Scott Thompson joined the firm in 2002 performing inside sales and customer support. Coming from the service dealer market and having a strong technical background, Scott had enabled us to grow this portion of the business. Boston Atlantic Sales Corp. covers a small geographic market with a focus on closing customer not projects.
